Pricing questions
What counts as an "order"?
Any checkout completed through your storefront WhatsApp hand-off or a manual order you create in the dashboard. Draft carts that never message you do not count.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
We will email you before you hit the ceiling. Orders still go through, so you will not lose a sale, and you can upgrade any time from Settings.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply immediately and we prorate the difference on your next invoice.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial with full features. No card is required until you decide to keep going.
